Introduced to geocaching by my friend 8601Delphinium in March of 2007, caching has provided me with a way to get outdoors and explore. It has taken me to places I might not have ever gotten a chance to see and allowed me to meet new people. With my camera along for the ride, I have gotten some interesting photos out of it as well. Along with 8601Delphinium, my other geocaching buddy is TC3633.
To go with caching, I enjoy being outdoors with things like hiking and camping. Alongside interests in science and history, this all contributes to my hobby in photography.
I thought about what it might be like to document my caching experiences, and as I approached the milestone of 500 caches, I decided to wait until I hit that point to begin the blog. Follow along to hear about some of the things happened before 500 and to read about my journey to 1000 caches.

I see you got my jumping dino and have started him on his way. I went all the way out there from the Napa Valley to drop him… I hope he has a great trip…
Mr. Campbell,
I had planned to make the trip into Seattle for GWVIII but fate and a hurricane called Alex have intervened. I am looking for someone to write up a report for the magazine and wondered if you were interested. If so, drop me a note.
Thanks, hope you have a great time.
